Pros
Lots of potential overtime and yearly raises (only like .35 cents). Good opportunities for advancement.
Cons
Dont pay nearly as much as they should, lack of organization and communication, new health benefits barely cover anything and copays are high. TONS of drama in the workplace. And they fire good employees for little to nothing, only to keep workers that literally do the bare minimum. They will fire you at a moments notice, so play it safe.
