Vared work, self reliant, leadership type of work with Automation and Robotics,management is a cheerleader type, but mostly stays out of the way, most of the time
Cons
Constant turnover of employees, company trying to save money. Unwilling to pay for new & innovative ways of doing things, poorly managed,no respect for loyal hard working employees, unable to retain qualified intelligent workers, critical ideas it takes the lead but messes up everytime
