      It is all about who you know....They talk about culture and make you thing that's the best place on earth to work at and the only job you will be able to have. I gave my two weeks noticed and got a better job. Many companies will notice your college credentials not Jabil....It's good fir folks that want to buy in to this narcissistic brain washing.

      Pros

      Good for a building resume, can learn a lot from the server manufacturing industry.

      Cons

      Supervisors will not allow anyone to sit down and work on the production floor, timesheet clock in and clock outs are very strict, to the minute. Communication between shifts is horrible.
