      Large company, always changing, multiple positions, working on state of the art technology.

      Cons

      Not equitable, toxic work environment, political, not very well organized, weak management team. The squeaky wheel get attention, while the dedicated hard working employees get nothing.

      Pros

      Good for a building resume, can learn a lot from the server manufacturing industry.

      Cons

      Supervisors will not allow anyone to sit down and work on the production floor, timesheet clock in and clock outs are very strict, to the minute. Communication between shifts is horrible.
