Good Pay You become stronger as a person if you can with stand the general abuse. Clients start catching on and are removing them from site Benefits begin immediately
Cons
No room for professional development They are only as good as the client will allow Constant changes to upper management Managers are not promoted on merrit Benefits are not that great.
