Pros
You get a paycheck, maybe. I can't think of any other positives.
Cons
Management at this location aren't just inept, they conceal the truth from their employees and have an internal policy for the highest level of management is that no issue or dispute is to be put in writing (for plausible deniability). The "insurance" is grossly overpriced & severely limited. You even have to jump hurdles to apply for any discount. Raises for non-management are extremely rare. Typical increase is < 50¢/hr for full professionals. Management gets massive bonuses but cry there isn't any money to help subordinates. Training outside of satisfying contractual agreements don't exist. They DON'T want you trained with updated skills. They rely on your skills being dated so you're literally forced to stay to get a paycheck. Also, management will drop you in the moment your funding becomes questionable yet will negatively react if you don't give them two weeks courtesy notice of leaving. Bottom line, you won't get the real truth, only excuses.
