Pros
There were good opportunities to transfer within the company with the ability to find new work when one project was complete. Some of the projects were very interesting, exposing me to projects that were a little bit out of the norm.
Cons
Most time is spent worrying about being billable. I felt like management thought of me as hours, rather than talent- very little time was spent developing my skill set.
