Limited benefits; people are just numbers; appalling timesheet culture; top heavy. Senior management is engaged in non-billable process driven work and promote staff who advocate processes; senior management (most of roles not required) justify their existence while lower ranks work really hard to generate revenue; micro-management by some of the senior and middle-management; blame culture by senior management; extremely commercial approach with little regard to staff's well being and mental health; no performance related bonus.
