Pros
Virtually unlimited resources. Extremely flexible work conditions with flex schedules. Mid-level and junior-level engineers are very bright and dedicated to their work.
Cons
It can can get old very quickly, mostly because of lack of career development, resource/staff scheduling, and overall senior management.
