Pros

Decent pay with good work life balance

Cons

Jacobs has a lot of training on diversity and inclusion but I didn’t feel any of this during my tenure with them. There was a lack of support from management. I felt under valued and under appreciated since the culture was bureaucratic and there was a lack of support from management. You can only advance if you have connection or if they think you can fit their cookie cutter mold. Almost all the managers were white. They’re looking for yes man.
