Pretty much none, unless you like sitting around and doing absolutely nothing.
Cons
Horrible onboarding. The work was meaningless and extremely inefficient. The managers did absolutely nothing. They had some weird obsession with outsourcing work, while at the same time complaining that there wasn't enough work to do. No-one knew how to use technology at any level. Do not work at this company.
