Pros
High salaries, flexable work schedule and safe work environment. The people have a good relationship with their peers. Formal education is not as much of an issue as would be expected.
Cons
Some managers don't have the educational backround for the positions they hold. There is too much tolerance for mediocracy in the quality of some work provided by professionals. Training is very low on the priority list and input or direction from managers is inadequate..
