Yep Hyper-competitive, dog-eat-dog mentality, zero collaboration beyond a facade, or for personal empire-building Beyond Zero = indoctrinate employees into taking on past organisation guilt, while not so subliminally programming them how to conduct their lives outside of work hours, in the name of safety
