Work life balance, international global team exposure, world class project under Jacobs, use of advance tools, transport free of cost. Fix 8.5 hours per day. Senior management is easily accessible.
Cons
Low pay as compared to similar companies within Industries. Monotonous work in project controls, almost nil learning and advancement in career. From designing side best organisation but project control wise not much opportunity to learn and grow
