Pros
Very supportive and helpful staff. Always client work available so billing isn't much of an issue as long as you do well on projects. Flexible location and hours. Big company with a lot of mobility and potential to work in different areas.
Cons
At times they can lean on certain people too much and they get overworked. Benefits are okay.
