Pros

Get paid, small gain shares quarterly

Cons

While plant walks on pins & needles. High stress, employees trained to report PPE not used even in safe zones. Left hand doesn’t know what right hand is doing. Head guy is numbers only, people don’t matter. Management is 1st class, production 2nd, maintenance is 3rd.
