Pros

Pay parity is good & leave policy.

Cons

Extreme micromanaging by line managers, under name of stakeholder experience. Extreme feedback culture creates more internal politics. Extreme blaming culture by management to keep you under constant scrutiny for smallest miss to hold you accountable. Thi highly affect you mentally. Hence think twice before joining.
