Pros

Global company Corporate experience Ethos and respect Strong leaders

Cons

Compensation and grade structure are rigid. Should be slighlty less rigid to allow for rising stars to progress through the company quicker. Local management not at the same level as senior management, large gap between the two levels Brand needs to be developed more, "one of the largest unknown companies in the world"

Pros

Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

Cons

Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
