      Good MNC company to learn many new thing on IT - IT Executive Johnson Controls Employee Review

      Pros

      Having a good teamwork among SEA IT team to share knowledge and helping each other. Balance work and life with a good working environtment and good friends.

      Cons

      But no career growth, as each country there is 1 or 2 IT person being an IT coordinator. Even there was IT Manager post when I joined on 2007. No idea why the post has been removed.
