Pros

Learning a new industry (HVAC)

Cons

Little to no room for advancement, salaries are low, and vacation time is limited compared to other companies today. Need to improve their overall benefits package if they want to attract top talent. NO Work/Life Balance. I watched them tell a colleague that she could not attend her daughter's HS award ceremony because if they allowed her to leave 2 hours early, everyone else would want to leave early too.
