Pros

I love the work I do. My job is always interesting and I like the people I work with.

Cons

Johnson Controls has made many changes as the merger has moved forward. The high-deductible (HD) health insurance is simply the worst plan I've ever had since I've had any kind of job. Holding back the 401k company match until the end of the year prevents employees from earning additional interest on money that we're entitled to and should be criminal. Most recent change is paying commissions monthly. It seems they want to hold your money as long as possible preventing your money to work for you.

Focus on innovation and sustainability -The company invests heavily in smart building technologies, energy efficiency, and green solutions, which can be exciting for employees who enjoy modern, impactful work.
