Pros

Wonderful co-workers, local offices really care about the customers, great vacation policy. Tuition reimbursement and room to grow within the company.

Cons

Horrible upper management. Regional management does not work for bottom level employees! The admin in my branch office report to 2 different managers, who aren't even located in the branch office! The TSM needs to be back in charge of service in the local office, not an Area Service Manager who isn't even located in the office and who has no idea what is going on. Upper management needs to remember we are in business because of our CUSTOMERS! Get rid of centralization, it does not work. All it does is cause more work for the local admin who are working 50+ hours a week because they harassed daily about the on-holds when they have no control over it. The branch office needs more control to both the employees and customers happy!

Pros

Decent base pay and fast paced work makes the days go by quickly. Lately the company has been actually investing in their new product lines ever since Joakim became our CEO.

Cons

The compensation is lacking. No bonuses whatsoever for senior level engineers even when they're recognized as a key contributor on the team. We are given our 401k match on March 1st to cover the previous year's matches so you lose out on a lot of the year's market gains. The healthcare coverage is mediocre at best for a fortune 500 company. The raises are still given like it's 2018; 3% is considered a "good" merit increase. This is due to the "forced distribution" merit increase system where only "so many" people can receives "above expectations" raises.
