Pros

If you're in need of money, the pay is good to start and you have access to ALL the overtime you could possibly want. The benefits are great, company stock usually does very well and there are a LOT of employee discount programs, including vehicles

Cons

The plant where I work is very unorganized as far as how well they manage the inventory for spare parts for machines, some of the simplest least expensive things can be out of stock when you need them, making your job unnecessarily harder, also the training program needs some work and there needs to be a program for tuition reimbursement for floor workers to advance their careers...strangely there is one for the people in the office (most of which have to already have some college to be IN the office) but the floor people are on their own in this area

Pros

Decent base pay and fast paced work makes the days go by quickly. Lately the company has been actually investing in their new product lines ever since Joakim became our CEO.

Cons

The compensation is lacking. No bonuses whatsoever for senior level engineers even when they're recognized as a key contributor on the team. We are given our 401k match on March 1st to cover the previous year's matches so you lose out on a lot of the year's market gains. The healthcare coverage is mediocre at best for a fortune 500 company. The raises are still given like it's 2018; 3% is considered a "good" merit increase. This is due to the "forced distribution" merit increase system where only "so many" people can receives "above expectations" raises.
