There is no growth even if you stretch your self to max limit to give in the best The admin team will only cooperate with higher ups to give a rosy picture of their efforts but employee run about to get their logistics confirmed. If by chance you are imparted training , be ready to hear loads of cost that has been spent on you. As it is there are minimal trainings You will slog and stay in same position for years unless you have been busy entertainng your ups There is no fix timings you might be asked to work for hours There is nothing new in technology / approaches year, in short nothing is up to date All the awards are show business
