Pros

Good ambience of the company in pune they have around 5 offices in pune location only. Job security no hire n fire policy. health insurance family floater and good leaves if manager approves your leaves at all . Once a year tech challenge which boosts employee morale. Patents and quarterly rewards.

Cons

1. No transport provided 2. No work from home no matter what the emergency is. 3. Leave policy is good but project managers dont care to approve them happily 4. No process oriented work deadlines are decided as per will n wish of upper management not asked to the team. 5. No rest room available, so if your are sick or the women in pain during pregnancy can neither opt for work from home nor they can rest in office, either they have to work or take leave. no midway available. 6. Long working hours is one more huge issues no work life balance many a times have to work on weekends. 7. even 4 wheeler parking is less so again only option left is to take your two wheeler.

Pros

Decent base pay and fast paced work makes the days go by quickly. Lately the company has been actually investing in their new product lines ever since Joakim became our CEO.

Cons

The compensation is lacking. No bonuses whatsoever for senior level engineers even when they're recognized as a key contributor on the team. We are given our 401k match on March 1st to cover the previous year's matches so you lose out on a lot of the year's market gains. The healthcare coverage is mediocre at best for a fortune 500 company. The raises are still given like it's 2018; 3% is considered a "good" merit increase. This is due to the "forced distribution" merit increase system where only "so many" people can receives "above expectations" raises.
