Mostly Nil, used to have good increments once upon a time, not anymore

Join this company only if u want to spoil ur career, if u r already there..pls look for greener pastures, in BMS domain u will mostly end up doing graphics which hardly has any future prospects. Work life balance is non existent. Managers are absolutely incompetent. Increments are well...invisible. u slog like a horse all day..to get cheap work done for the customers in US. Pls avoid this company if u have other offers.
