Pros
My co-workers are intelligent and professional, and my superiors really seem to care about my career development. The compensation and benefits package are satisfactory, possibly slightly higher than industry norm.
Cons
It is a large corporation, so it sometimes takes too long for positive changes to take effect. Once an idea has been agreed upon as a good one, it still may take months or years to take effect, which can be frustrating.
