      Pros

      Great benefits, excellent compensation, management treats employees well, volunteer contributions and other fun events, gym on site, flexible hours for interns, overall a great company to work for.

      Cons

      Outdated office, not very inviting atmosphere, out-dated dress code, cafeteria food not vegetarian friendly, automatically enrolled in 401k, even if you do not sign up or wish to participate in it

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
