      Great place to work, global environment, good benefits.

      Cons

      Difficult career path unless you get the the right "club". Layoffs often with % slashes with no regard for knowledge lost.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
