Pros
1. Work life balance is great. 2. Management is helpful if you are high preforming asset for the group. 3. MKE team is more appreciative if you have out of box ideas as some or few in India may not have the sight to see it through but that's fine. 4. No office politics. 5. People work and leave work at work place with WFH things are not same but there is flexibility to manage your work hours.
Cons
1. Market correction for existing employee is often slow. 2. Customer defects are often on which developers are engaged.
