Pros
Great training, good base pay, good opportunity for growth, great benefits.
Cons
Horrible commission plan and good luck getting a full bonus check; management will find a way to cut it down to very little. It's also a very silo'ed company and your biggest competition may come from other sales reps from other divisions of the company. There's no team atmosphere and it's very challenging to put together a team to land large opportunities.
