Pros
A lot of good employees, strong in what they do, a lot of knowledge to be acquired and knowledge and idea sharing is encouraged. Departments are driven by direct management, people don't get promoted into management roles if they don't fit them
Cons
The constant pressure to do more with less money (Automotive), especially since Corporate pulled the plug on most of capital investments into Automotive. The employees don't trust the Corporate leadership, especially since the recent announcement about the sale. The CEO gives a picture of a shady and dishonest person with his own agenda, much unlike the previous CEO.
