Pros

Honestly having a manager who takes time to sit and listen and work out a workable game plan with you to ensure your own personal and career path are showing growth, I am not used to it!

Cons

While the managers are great in learning and listening to how to help develop you as an employee, I've noticed ever since leaving my old job a few others who had come from the other company are adding a bit of toxicity to the company. The team has turned more into a highschool clique as though from that movie Mean Girls, bullying and torment of newer hires, or those who are not as experienced in the field or have a hard time with certain processes. Over all the teamwork of team has not been there. Very lacking.

Pros

Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

Cons

Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
