      Pros

      Little to nothing good when it comes working full time here.

      Cons

      Working at journeys is extra ordinarily stupid. You will get tasks that you have to do on top of selling all day constantly. Hitting your sops and sales goal is boarder line impossible with the work load that comes with being a manager. Do not work here full time. It is absolutely not worth it.

      Strict sales expectations Employee discount purchases don't count towards our own sales and are not applied for points on our own journeys account
