      --Great place to know your capability as a recruiter and learn the best practices from the experts in International market . ---Awesome growth potential ,if you got the talent and right attitude . __excellent and supportive management with a good open work environment. ---Best paymaster with excellent comms plans. ---Learning all latest technologies /disruptive technologies in market .

      Cons

      ---Since they work with niche technologies and best client ...Quality is high on stake..If you are below any quality standards ..you will not be able to survive .. ---Challenges on regional market ,regional consultants ,but once you are able to manage that then there is no looking back.

      Pros

      You have nice people working there. But they are hijacked by a promise of a global consulting experience and/or an equity payout which does not exist.

      Cons

      Corrupt Management doing everything in their power to post numbers. Job cuts. Lack of strategy. Disconnected ownership and WORSE: C-Level leadership involved in unethical behavior. They lack experience and treat people horribly. More than half of the team taken on the Sales "Incentive" trip were fired within months. CHRO is clueless and should resign if she had any honor. They force people to bypass laws and engage in unethical activity. Rotation and law suits are the norm.
