      you get to work remote from home

      Cons

      you get lower end of the adjuster salary. middle managers micro-manage non-stop. if you take a few days of PTO, you will never catch up with your work. Company is so Metric based, that it is almost impossible to get a raise.

      Customers and the work was great!

      Cons

      Pay, lots of miles on your vehicle, no pay for gas, micromanaging supervisors. They want you to lie to customers to make sales on insurance policies.
