      some of the people were good the job itself wasn't too difficult/expansive

      really low pay middle and upper management were subpar, too cliquey no real incentives

      Customers and the work was great!

      Cons

      Pay, lots of miles on your vehicle, no pay for gas, micromanaging supervisors. They want you to lie to customers to make sales on insurance policies.
