Really supportive environment. We were like a family. A strong emphasis on work life/balance.

Could sometimes be high pressure.

Some wonderful people work here who are passionate about the health of the communities that we serve.

Upper management appears to be clueless as to what it means to work here. They need to get truly serious about providing their employees with a positive work environment, including adequate pay and staffing levels. Until the work force is fixed, they will never be able to meet the ridiculous budgets they set forth. how can a company in such decline keep the same leadership?
