      Pros

      You learn a great deal, and the work environment is very dynamic and fast-paced.

      Cons

      The work environment felt very competitive and sometimes difficult to navigate. There was frequent micromanagement and inconsistency in management style. At times, favoritism seemed to affect the workplace environment, making it feel less supportive for some employees. Employees’ work and accomplishments were sometimes minimized or undervalued, and certain comments could be perceived as discriminatory, which negatively affected morale and job satisfaction.

      Pros

      There really isn't much idle time. Plenty of work orders and PM's to do each shift.

      Cons

      No advancement, None. The company has been through several hiring freezes, and most departments are short handed. It has been a revolving door. Instead of filling the positions they have just doubled the workload on the employees.

      Pros

      I joined Kerry as a contract worker through a staffing agency, temp-to-hire. All of my colleagues were pleasant to work with and easy to communicate with. I had a nice time working here. Easy to ask for days off or request to work from home. I could easily make it to doctor's appointment and was allowed to come to the office late on those days.

      Cons

      Management ended up going with another temp that had more prior industry experience than me. Can feel a little quiet at times especially on slower days. Workload can get intense especially if a lot of clients requests projects or when hosting customer visits
