      Pros

      You can get great experience working here but at a hell of a cost. Fellow employees were great.

      Cons

      You sell your soul if you have to work here. Working week of about 70 hours is not unusual. Zero work/life balance. No consideration for the fact that people have personal lives. I would not recommend that anyone works here.

      Pros

      There really isn't much idle time. Plenty of work orders and PM's to do each shift.

      Cons

      No advancement, None. The company has been through several hiring freezes, and most departments are short handed. It has been a revolving door. Instead of filling the positions they have just doubled the workload on the employees.
