Thank you for highlighting the way we support employees, provide opportunities and how our culture has evolved. Work life harmony is very important to us, and as you call out, it partially depends on the individual. We do our best to ensure all Kerry employees have the tools and resources to acheive the balance they need.

Pros

There really isn't much idle time. Plenty of work orders and PM's to do each shift.

Cons

No advancement, None. The company has been through several hiring freezes, and most departments are short handed. It has been a revolving door. Instead of filling the positions they have just doubled the workload on the employees.

Pros

You learn a great deal, and the work environment is very dynamic and fast-paced.

Cons

The work environment felt very competitive and sometimes difficult to navigate. There was frequent micromanagement and inconsistency in management style. At times, favoritism seemed to affect the workplace environment, making it feel less supportive for some employees. Employees’ work and accomplishments were sometimes minimized or undervalued, and certain comments could be perceived as discriminatory, which negatively affected morale and job satisfaction.
