Management has no idea about the strategy, they think that by micro managing they can change the culture Ron talks. About " solutions and software" but no one has a clear idea what he means with that. If you are not within the inner circle of the senior management you will never make a promotion. An never, never tell the management their plans may not work... Your out at the next work force management round
