Communication was an issue. Personally I got stuck with a grumpy, snippy, unhelpful team lead. I wasn't able to really go to my manager for help, bc I was supposed to only address my questions to my lead.
Well, when you're lead gets an attitude whenever you have a question... when you're still new and trying to learn the ropes, it makes it very difficult to navigate and develop a good foundation and confidence in your job. Honestly, it made me hate working here.
Also it's very cliquey here. It definitely seems to factor in on promotions and searches given at times.
