Pros
Associates are mostly friendly and helpful. I've made some really great friends there. Hours are flexible and usually get time off when I need it. Good job experience to move on to another, better, job.
Cons
Having to shove sywr cards down customers throats is awful. When they say no, they usually mean no and don't want us going on about it. "Our" goal is 50, yesterday we got 7. Sorry, but customers are in a hurry, and get irritated. And now, they have to have a mobile phone or email?! Well, that leaves out those customers who don't have either! And having to walk around harrassing them while they are shopping? sheesh! And favoritism by management DOES indeed happen! I do a good job, but have never gotten employee of the month and then someone who has been there for maybe 6 months (i've been there for 4 years) gets it? uh huh...sure. Wish there were more job opportunities in my area.
