Business Outlook
Pros
Coworkers are friendly and has a family feel. Very Flexible Easy to get a leadership role but not necessarily a promotion or the official title because of the payraise involved. Store level management is generally nice and understanding.
Cons
Some customers can be very rude and costantly reutrn to harass you because management is afraid to attempt to fix the issue. Difficult to get promoted because of certain restrictions placed with the job. Corporate level management is clueless and do not provide the necessary resources to allow us to truly be successful.
