      Pros

      Pharmacists are great. The hours are great and very flexible. The job itself is extremely rewarding. Helping others, especially to feel better, is amazing. Customers are extremely personable and you get to know them well.

      Cons

      Kmart isn't the greatest of chain pharmacies. Compared to others, our employee benefits aren't the greatest.
