Pros

I like the other associates I work with and select managers who do not treat the rest of us as inferior. I like the fact that I am cross-trained in just about every department and can perform an array of jobs. It keeps things from getting stale.

Cons

No where near enough money for the pressure put on us by management. It is inhumane to threaten the employment of associates if they do not get a 20% enrollment rate with SYWR. Because of this, cashiers are often fired, quit, or no call no show and still on the schedule, making the front end short and putting extra pressure on the service desk and floor associates. What makes me most angry is that I have been with the company for four years and I am making less money than the newest people who have been hired, despite my experience and cross-training. There is an apparent freeze on raises, but I fail to understand why new people get more money in that case.

Pros

Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

Cons

The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
