Embarrasing way to do business - Associate Kmart Employee Review

Poor management. Never enough cashiers, too many stockers not trained for the register while certain areas go unattended due to the few of us that are register trained. No stock for sale items. Tired of apologizing to customers for being out of stock and for people having to wait for me to help becuase there is no one else in the entire store to help them.
