Kmart isn't the worst place to work, but it's far from the best. - Anonymous employee Kmart Employee Review

Pros

Flexible hours and friendly co-workers. Time off is generally approved provided it is 2 weeks in advance.

Cons

Too many to name, but minimum wage (even for associates with override numbers and keys to the office) no raises, extremely meager benefits (you earn a paltry amount of vacation time once you have worked 1,000 hours) or any possibility of full time are at the top of the list.
