Some of the people make it tolerable.
Cons
Everything about this company is geared toward making Sears Holdings more money without actually being in business. Since the Kmart and Sears acquisition, there have been nothing but cut backs after cut backs. A lot of good hard working people have lost jobs and positions. Good stores have been closed. This is a poorly run company.
